Sparks fly between Bob and a new teammate, while the captain of the military team plots revenge against the foursome, and the Ivy team schemes its way to the top.

Sioux Chief Crazy Horse (Will Sampson) has recently lost a daughter to the white buffalo, and he fears the girl's soul won't rest until he kills it.

McQuade (Chuck Norris) likes to work by himself, until a Latino state trooper, Kayo Ramos (Robert Beltran), needs his help to find out who hijacked a U.S. Army convoy and hurt Ramos' daughter. With the help of FBI agent Jackson (Leon Isaac Kennedy), the team tracks down drug trafficker and arms dealer Rawley Wilkes (David Carradine). After Wilkes kills a federal agent, McQuade battles the criminal using all of his skills and training, including guns and martial arts.

Seeking revenge over their fallen comrades, members of the Clanton gang go after the Earp family, gunning down both Virgil and Morgan Earp. But they don't succeed at getting Wyatt (James Garner). Now it's his turn to seek revenge. With Doc Holliday (Jason Robards) by his side, Wyatt forms a posse, and they won't rest until every member of the Clanton gang is dead.
